More about Christine

Ever since my first job in high school (at the public library!), I’ve been the go-to person for fixing things, giving advice, and making things happen. Most of the time, it wasn’t even in my job description - but I didn’t mind. I loved solving problems and helping people no matter what it took.

Long before “generalist” became a buzzword, I’d have told you my career was all about bouncing around. I’ve been a call center agent, a social media content creator, a market research analyst, an account executive at a marketing agency, and I’ve worked my way through every level of Customer Success. I’ve even been a CEO.

Looking back, it wasn’t bouncing around at all, it was intentional. Over the past decade, I’ve embraced roles that challenged me to learn, adapt, and stretch beyond my swim lane. Each step along the way I gained new skills, new perspectives, and a deep understanding of how businesses work at every level.

Now, as a proud generalist, I bring all that experience to the table. I’ve supported founders, professional associations, and small business owners - all different types of organizations with the same challenge: too many priorities, not enough execution capacity.

I live in Kitchener, Ontario, with my husband and our parrot. I’m a big believer in stepping away from screens so you’ll find me keeping busy with hobbies like growing and arranging flowers, travelling, going to the gym, and cooking - almost always with a podcast or audiobook in my ear.
